KVKK Clarification Notice

This Clarification Notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about how your personal data is processed when you visit our website, fill in our forms or contact us.

2. Personal Data We Process

• Identity and contact data: Name and surname, company name, job title, business e-mail address, phone number, country.

• Request data: Project type, product format, target market, expected volume, area of interest and the message you send us.

• Communication data: Messages exchanged with us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

• Digital data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and cookie data (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of Processing

• Responding to your inquiries, quotation and meeting requests

• Preparing quotations, product information and company documents

• Evaluating and managing business partnerships, distribution and supply relationships

• Ensuring the security and proper operation of our website and systems

• Measuring and improving website performance and our communication activities

• Fulfilling our legal obligations and responding to requests from authorized public bodies

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically through our website forms, cookies, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp. It is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5 of KVKK:

• Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract (Art. 5/2-c)

• Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)

• Establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e)

• Our legitimate interests, provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f)

• Your explicit consent, for non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) (Art. 5/1)

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, only as needed for the purposes above, with:

• Our authorized employees and departments

• Service providers we use for website hosting, e-mail, analytics, advertising and communication (such as Shopify, Google and Meta)

• Logistics, consultancy and professional service providers, where relevant to your request

• Authorized public institutions and courts, where required by law

Some of these service providers process data on servers outside Türkiye. Such transfers abroad are carried out in line with Article 9 of KVKK, based on standard contracts or your explicit consent where required.

6. Retention

Your personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and for the periods required by law. It is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information about it

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose

• Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your data is transferred

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data

• Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions in Article 7 of KVKK

• Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred

• Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems

• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
